classically trained pastry chef, ann ladson, has honed her skills in kitchens all over the globe, with over 20 years experience working as a line cook, chef of a boat, building out commercial kitchens and orchestrating logistics in new or failing situations.
originally from charleston, she has come home to share her talents on a more personal level with clients. she formerly held positions at FIG, craft, Tides at Kiawah, and several others including staging in kitchens like wd-50 and bouchon.
cooking naturally means choosing foods that are in their natural state or as close to it as possible. working with ingredients straight from nature does much more than just feed us, it connects us to our environment and the seasons, and draws friends and families together.

I also offer drop offs for people that want great food, but not the presence of someone in the kitchen. All drop-offs are ready to go on the table in 20 minutes and come with very simple directions to reheat or dress, top or sprinkle. all recyclable packaging.
